Located on top of the Scarborough Bluffs, Scarborough, Ontario is a former municipality and a current administrative division of Toronto, Ontario. The city is named after the English town of Scarborough located in North Yorkshire. Scarborough, ON borders North York, East York and Old Toronto to the west and the city of Markham to the north. Scarborough is a very popular city for new immigrants to reside in, and as a result, has one of the most multicultural and diverse areas in the GTA. The city is home to a range of natural landmarks, parks, beaches and hiking trails, and arts and cultural centres.
